Well it has been a month since last post. . i am out of my cave. . sort of out of my cave. xD

I have been working on SiP for the 5th week!

Work does take things out of my mind, been busy and it avoid me thinking too much

Frequently i still prefer to be left alone. . for awhile at the least

I don't like working at T3 open house. . or rather for the 1st week

This week is the 2nd week with better lunch and less people visiting. . light at end of tunnel?

Can't be happy too quickly. . t3 duty has taken up half of my work schedule

Manager is looking for delivery / results . . has to speed up on my tasks N improve on quality

Quality control is almost as important as quantity - speed

Has to focus on culture and language programme, trainees culture interviews, E-lecture sync and competitor analysis benchmarking (lucky me, he had't chase for this item yet)

Culture and language programme require arrangement with trainees to conduct an audio interview, fill in the question form, create a powerpoint presentation for each individual and sync it with MS producer to create a culture and language presentation on e-Learning portal.

Has to do quite alot(16) of these culture and language presentation for the e-Learning portal.

competitor analysis benchmarking require much research and data gathering for the excel chart data value inputs.
