sunday @ brighton

this sunday at brighton community church was wonderful

this smaller scale service is weekly basis

the smaller size enable closer friendship and people know each other well

everyone in the room knew each another

this is awesome change to the usually "strangers in the same service" atmosphere

my ex colleague and friend Janice Lim intro me there

well been weeks since i last went to church

my previous one was at upper paya lebar road, Trinity

this decision allows me to renew my friendship with God

he who does not waver nor lose faith has watched over me through tough times

naturally i acknowledge his kindness by attending his house every sunday

i thank Lord for being with me all the time, honoring me with his presence

praise the Lord for his unbound kindness and limitless love to his children

after service, we youth/adult went to lucky plaza for ayam penyak

imagine the whole row of seats taken up by us plus half the row on the other side

that is around 12 or 18 people!

i'm not sure of the exact numbers, because the food are so good, i forget to notice the beautiful/handsome faces of my church friends

well loyalle was awesome, i was chatting with him through the meal about ns

janice drive us to candice home which is also janice home

i did't realise they were sisters until i realise their home is the same!

ns does make a man dull and blur or maybe it's the samba chill from lunch

is my brain la, i was dreaming in the cool aircon of janice car

went east coast, later afternoon for cycling

we rented four bicycles and a twin seater

it was for beloved july!

she don't cycle

that's cute

and

the sand castle beach

there have instructors and tools on rent to build sand castles

we ahem, don't have time and knowledge to build one castle

so we borrow one from a previous owner

took photographs and viola! our sand castle!

i would definitely build one of my own someday

with july's help of course, she's wonderful

dinner time!

ate japanese meal at a unique restaurant

it has halloween pumpkins carved into a face on each table

and desert at hong kong cafe!

my favourite french toast at hong kong cafe :)

and Janice!~ best girl i've ever know (she is strong at heart and gracious)

be strong, girl...life been hard on you, believe in us~ you've your friends here and a wonderful church. God bless us all, in God we trust
