bmtc week 7

close combat training on monday

learn how to twist upper body core muscles

to achieve greater power in every jab, punch, elbow and uppercut

target opponent jaw, chin, adam's apple and neck. the weakest points

lower body was knee. grab, hold, knee strike. quick and hard to his lower ribs

wednesday went to standard obstacle course

physical training instructor taught us 6 stations out of the 11

low wall *

parallel bar *

barbed wire jump *

abseiling rope *

horizontal bar *

swinging plank *

those with a * are basic and of no sweat

those with * i have not try because of time constraint

thursday night was my first guard duty

my role: sentry

my responsibility: ensure the security of protected compound

my ability: authority to unitise lethal force when necessary

nothing happen that night

it was a quiet and peaceful night

only the sound of waves could be hear

and

the gushing of strong gusts of sea wind

friday stomach upset

feeling much better, today

thanks almighty Lord for your limitless love showered on your countless children

praise the Lord for his gory and majesty
